Polenta Pizza

Polenta Pizzas


  • 1 tube of cooked polenta
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Shredded or Fresh Mozzarella
  • Adobo
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

(Find all ingredients at Burrini’s Olde World Italian Market!)


  1. Cut the polenta into 1 1/2″ rounds
  2. Put the rounds in a bowl and lightly coat with olive oil
  3. Lightly season with adobo, salt and pepper
  4. Grill the Polenta on Medium heat for 2 mins a side
  5. Top with a dollop of pizza sauce and mozzarella
  6. Remove the polenta from the grill once the cheese has melted
