
Polenta Pizzas
Ingredients:
- 1 tube of cooked polenta
- Tomato Sauce
- Shredded or Fresh Mozzarella
- Adobo
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
(Find all ingredients at Burrini’s Olde World Italian Market!)
Directions:
- Cut the polenta into 1 1/2″ rounds
- Put the rounds in a bowl and lightly coat with olive oil
- Lightly season with adobo, salt and pepper
- Grill the Polenta on Medium heat for 2 mins a side
- Top with a dollop of pizza sauce and mozzarella
- Remove the polenta from the grill once the cheese has melted
